Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including GST and TDS compliance, preparation of financial reports, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian taxation, accounting standards, and proficient in accounting software.
· Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial statements.
· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
· Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase registers and ensure input tax credit (ITC) accuracy.
· Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) as per the statutory schedule.
· Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A).
· Process payments and ensure timely statutory payments like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
· Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
· Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
· Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions and tax filings.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
· [X]+ years of relevant accounting experience (e.g., 2+ years preferred).
· Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations.
· Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of ROC filings, PF/ESI, and Income Tax is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification: B.com, M.com, CA (Inter), or similar.
· Familiarity with ERP systems.
· Knowledge of, Income Tax, and ROC filings is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
