Position: Accountant

About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on accountant who is comfortable owning daily accounting activities and supporting finance operations. You’ll work directly with management, coordinate with internal teams, and handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities including TDS.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Prepare and file TDS
Complete monthly closing and reconciliations
Manage accounts payables and receivables
Work with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
Support basic operational and administrative tasks related to accounts
Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Handle documentation and record-keeping for compliance
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Practical experience with Tally ERP
Familiar with TDS preparation + filing
Understanding of Income Tax Returns
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to communicate in English
Comfortable interacting with vendors, banks, and internal teams
Preferred
Experience working in a private limited company
Knowledge of GST returns and compliance (nice to have, not mandatory)
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / related accounting degree
1–4 years of experience in accounting (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
