Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, billing, GST compliance, and financial records. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic taxation and should be able to handle accounting work independently.
Key Responsibilities:-
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Maintain ledgers and accounts properly
Perform bank and cash reconciliation regularly
Billing & Payments
Prepare invoices, quotations, and billing entries
Track customer payments and outstanding balances
Manage vendor bills and payment follow-ups
Maintain expense and payment records
GST & Compliance
Maintain GST data and entries
Assist in GST filing and TDS entries
Maintain proper financial documentation
Coordinate with senior accountant or CA for compliance
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare basic monthly financial reports
Maintain records of AMC billing, service billing, and expenses (if applicable)
Coordinate with operations and management for financial updates
Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Required Skills:-
Good knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping
Tally ERP and MS Excel knowledge
GST and basic taxation understanding
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification:-
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
3–5 years of accounting experience
Experience in service industry preferred
Salary & Benefits:-
