Schedule: Day Time
Ability to Commute: Viman Nagar, Pune-411014. Reliably commute or relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience: 2-5 years in the same field. (Minimum 2 years)
Salary: 1.5 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs Per Annum ( ₹150000 to ₹300000 p.a.)
Qualifications: Must be well versed with Tally, MS Office, Accounting Softwares and Databases. Experience with Filing GST returns, TDS and Balance Sheet Entries. Must have strong communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day Company Accounts
Prepare invoices promptly, share them with clients, and follow up regularly to recover the payment.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Should be able to file GST returns.
Should have sound knowledge to manage statutory compliance.
Publish financial statements in time.
Should have good knowledge to keep accounts up to date as per auditor requirements.
Organise and Prepare Product Reports in MS Excel.
Produce error-free accounting reports and assist in tax audits and returns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
5 Years Of Experience as an Accountant
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups, Pivot Tables and related functions.
