Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization manages key business and technical infrastructure at Apple — how online orders are placed, the customer experience with technology in our retail stores, how much network capacity we need around the world and much more. The SAP Global Systems team within IS&T runs the financial transactional platform that powers e-commerce for Apple Media Products. We are looking for a passionate candidate who can help deliver solutions that grow and expand Apple's services business globally. As the SAP techno-functional lead you will have the chance to work with diverse business teams and group of leads and engineers, while being exposed to insights that help drive our business across Apple Media Products, Retail and Finance.
Key Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO is required. Experience in FICA will be an added advantage
• Domain expertise and consistent track record in designing and deploying solutions in SAP FICA/FICO
• Multiple SAP FICA/FICO full life cycle implementations experience
• Understanding of B2B integration framework to connect SAP with business partners, develop technical specifications and partner system design in order to implement end-to-end solutions across extended enterprise
• Demonstrated ability of successfully delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal and external teams
• Past consulting and or professional services experience is preferred
• Experience in directly leading a global and diverse team
• Ability to drive time critical projects forward
• Finance business process integration experience
• Digital Media / subscriptions process experience is helpful
• Strong written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, in addition to the ability to deal efficiently with ambiguity and drive consensus with key constituents
• Leading SAP projects, prioritizing work and coordinate multiple projects in parallel
Description
We look forward to your working with the business users to: - define scope and gather business requirements - providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs - performing vital SAP configurations - writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solutions. We need someone who has extensive experience in leading mid to large sized SAP green field country expansions, involving design and configuration of the SAP FICO or FICA modules. Key aspects of this role will include leading all aspects of project timelines, budgets, prioritization, scope and definition.
