Qualys is looking for Finance Manager to Join its India Accounting team at Pune office. As the Finance Manager you will lead finance functions in our India office. You will lead a team that is responsible for all accounting and finance that supports our India operations. You will be responsible for monthly/ quarterly close process, preparing financial statements, cash management, expense management and other analysis to assist the company in making sound strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee and manage all work of the accounting team
• Review all monthly financial report including P&L, balance sheet to ensure its accuracy and compliance with both US GAAP and India accounting standards
• Lead annual and quarterly audits.
• Ensure compliance with all local legal and tax requirements
• Working closely with the team within India & HQ team for month-end Opex accruals evaluating monthly results and variance analysis
• Working towards ensuring teams overall development.
• Ensuring that the SOX controls are completely adhered.
• Knowledge of STPI, Customs & RBI regulations is necessary.
• Assisting HQ team in completing the SOX audit effectively.
• Provide assistance and support for internal and external audits for assigned processes.
• Actively participate in Accounting / Finance process improvement initiatives, focused on standardization and automation opportunities globally.
• Working on ad-hoc reporting / special projects as requested by the management / business users.
