Job Description : -
Finalise Monthly GST and TDS Returns
Ensure timely Closure of books of accounts
Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting activities for the organisation and ensure compliance in all the aspects pertaining to financial accounting
Other accounting, financial and commercial matters assigned as per requirement
Day to day banking task and petty cash management
Any other activities that will given depending on the circumstances
Routine Accounting & Finance job and support in tax and statutory accounts
Accounting knowledge of Receivable, Payable and Invoice processing
Cash / bank receipt and payment accounting and knowledge of payment by RTGS/ NEFT
Accounting for TDS for service invoices.
Debtors / Creditors / Bank reconciliation.
Employee travel expenses claims processing.
Work actively with optimising the efficiency and quality of the daily tasks
Create and update process documentation for all the routine activities carried out under this profile
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Organise and supervise other office activities
Skill Required:
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skill
Experience in using ERP systems
Fluent English in both writing and speaking
Able to work independently with minimum supervision & have handled administrative function is a plus
Basic Knowledge of TDS/GST will be an advantage
Aspiration for professional and career development
Education:
Bachelor's in any Stream (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: 1 year (Required)
