I. Daily Accounting, regular accounting TAT based and Monthly Statutory Compliances- Ensuring timely Preparation, Posting, Maintenance/Record Keeping of all Accounting Transactions/ Meetings/ other Management requirement
II. Audit and Compliances, Income Tax statutory and any others- 3 GST Audit(s), 3 Tax Audit, 6 Income Tax Return, 1 ROC Filing, Laison with Statutory Auditor
III. Company Revenue- Ensuring networth, Ebitda with positive cash flow and monthly reduction of operating cost
IV. Finance management- Proper managemnet and internal control of all activities
V. Payout Management/Employees and Vendors- All payments to be done within the Given TAT
