Job Description
The role is for an Accounts Executive at Umed Bhawan Palace, Kotah in the Hospitality (Hotel) sector.
Applicants should have a good understanding of / be comfortable with :-
- Day-to-day invoicing, including the working of GST and TDS
- Maintaining of organized ledger books using Tally or other hotel-industry specific softwares
- Preparing all 3 financial statements
- Employee Payroll / Salaries, with a knowledge of PF, ESI, etc.
- Interacting / Coordinating with the management team to prepare various reports using software or MS Excel
- Filing of returns: Income Tax, GST, TDS
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and comprehension in English
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and comprehension in Hindi
- Ability to analyze data and information effectively
Other Requirements (bonus qualifications):-
- Assist in compilation of departmental budgets, forecasts and business plans
- Handling statutory work of a company
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Hotel / Restaurant Accounting Experience
