As Finance team-Member at Esko. provides opportunities to learn end to end accounting process and by understanding the business to advise accounting and finance polices and compliances to cross function teams. Drive continuously improve internal controls that ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets..
WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accountant to join our Finance. You will be a core member central to our have responsibility of handling all Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventory and GL Accounting for APAC regions.
Processing daily accounts payable transactions and ensures the follow-up of all outstanding items for area of responsibility
• Analyzing vendor accounts and preparing reconciliations and aging reports.
• Timely payment to vendors,
• Resolving invoice discrepancies; maintaining records and vendor files, GST Input follow-up.
• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals.
• Complete month end closings, including inventory and Fixed Assets as assigned accurately and on time.
• Calculate and analyze inventory, including booking of E&O reserve
• Prepare and assist with documentation for internal and External audits.
• Reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts.
• Perform financial control/SOX testing and compliance.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot and implement business systems updates.
• Assist with financial reporting and special projects as needed.
• Understanding the billing processes to provide guidance to customers, identifying defects and driving resolutions upstream of AR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS
• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounts or Business
• 6+ years of experience in the areas of finance, business management and/or sales operations
• 6+ years of business-to-business collections experience
• Demonstrates excellent communication (written and spoken) skills in English.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skill. Knowledge in MS AX/ Dynamics is a plus
Reporting and Ownership:
• Reports to Assistant Controller – Finance
