1. Bachelors plus Master in Accounts or Finance or CA.
2. Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certificate (advantageous).
3. Indian accounting and taxation legislation.
4. Strong numeracy ability.
5. Analytical, enquiring mind.
6. Effective problem-solving skills.
7. Proven excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced business environment.
Your Roles Responsibilities
1. Checking the Invoices/Bills of all the vendors from Agreement/PO etc. and Timely and accurate booking of all the Vendors Bills/Invoices
2. Recording of Employee’s Travel Claims as per Travel Policy.
3. Checking of all the supporting bills attached by Employees as per SOP and ensure timely payment of all the claims.
4. Vendors Reconciliation with the SCM and Procurement Team and Vendors.
5. Ensure the documentation and maintenance of complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
6. Ensure timely closing of the accounting month for the preparation of MIS Reports to be submitted within the deadlines.
7. Assisting in all legal and statutory compliances as well as filings with various statutory bodies like PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.
8. Assisting for timely completion of all required audits including global internal audits (GIA),local statutory audits and funder audits.
+. Coordinating with the valuation, CS, CA, and legal teams of the company.
10. Handling MoU and Agreements.
11. Handling admin activities related to logistics, store management.
