Accountant
Reporting to:
Mrs. Arushi Sethi Shah | CEO. & Co. Founder, Mr. Sahej Sethi | COO.
Remuneration: INR. 2,16,000 to 2,64,000 Per Annum
Working Day: 6 Days a Week (Saturday half day)
Location:
Powai , Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
Update and tally daily sales and purchase entries in tally software.
Maintain and tally banking entries
Update and maintain records of sales, purchases, and increments in tally software.
Maintain monthly income and expense report in tally software
Create Invoices for clients
Maintain filing record and documentation in tally software.
Create challans for TDS and send the same to the administration department.
Export data for GST working and cross-check the monthly GST amount in tally software.
Maintain petty cash records.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements.
Handling client queries.
Following up with corporate clients for payments
Remuneration calculation of therapist and processing payments of the same.
Handling payments and filing all receipts.
Preparing and maintaining all the reports, data sheets required by management on monthly basis.
Ideal Candidate Will Be:
1-2 years of work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
