Job Title: Part-Time Accountant
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced part-time accountant who is skilled in accounting, Zoho Books, GST filing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records using Zoho Books
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded and tracked
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and file GST returns in a timely manner
Create and send invoices to clients
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with budget preparation and analysis
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and GST filing
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
