Love crunching numbers and tallying sheets?
We are seeking a trustworthy candidate who works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
Your daily responsibilities as an Accountant will be-
1. Preparation of tax invoices as per the GST norms.
2. Coordination with the internal Sales team to understand all invoicing needs.
3. Accounting for all receipts, payments, sales invoices, purchase invoices and service invoices in tally.
4. Maintaining accounts receivable & payable.
5. Maintaining the Payroll of all employees and E-Payments of PF, PT and ESIC.
6. To maintain the quarterly returns and make all the e-payments and file the TDS.
7. Actively take part in all bank reconciliations.
8. Independently handle the Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
What our ideal candidate looks like?
1. Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Accounting.
2. An excellent knowledge of tools like Tally, Excel and Google Sheets.
