Position - Accountant
Work experience:- - 2 - 6 years
Qualification : -B.com / Appearing CA Professional
Location: - Mulund
Software - Tally ERP / ZOHO
Brief Job description for Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant is as follows:
Conversant with accounts payable work
Day to day tasks include processing invoices and payments, employees claims / travel expenses reports etc. within stipulated time frame and ensuring correctness of the transaction
Prepare asset, liability, capital account entries
Ensure correct TDS, service tax application at transaction level
Prepare data for TDS/service tax returns to ensure timely compliance
Review of Vendor ledgers / employees, advances review and follow up for the same with concerned procurement team / employee
Prepare financial transactions by entering accounts information and ensuring auditable evidences
Assist in financial closure at quarterly and yearly intervals relating to AP
Assist audit, assessment information providing relating to AP
Working knowledge of IFS application
