Stayscape, a leading provider of luxury villa rentals, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the entire accounting process for our company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss statements, and more.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Handle accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against projections.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.
