Job responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
Maintain and record fixed assets
Thorough knowledge of GST and Income Tax (from preparation to submission)
Timely preparation and finalising GST returns
Monthly Profit and Loss Statement
ROC compliances
Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Recording financial transactions (Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, statement of cash flows)
Preparation and review of financial statement
Preparing budgets
Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns- TDS, GST
Computing Taxes- GST
Personal file computation
Online payments for monthly bills and credit cards
Preparation on Bank Documents of Import Payments
Prepare bank reconciliation statement
Assist with audits conducted by banks, insurance companies, and government agencies
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management
Book keeping activities such as maintaining records of accounts receivable and payable, and making payroll deposits
Communicating with banks regarding financial transactions such as deposits or loan payments
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
1-2 years experience working in small business accounting
Proficiency with accounting software’s. (Tally ERP or ACE 10)
Highly detail oriented and organized
Knowledge of TDS , GST, ITR filing and Basic Accounting should be at par.
knowledge of Accounts payable and receivable should be there.
knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
