• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
• Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
• Daily Stock maintains.
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
• Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
• Prepare Salary Statement, Worker Salary,
• Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
• Tally Erp.
Skills Needed for Marketing Profile-
• Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies
• Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness
• Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information
• Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and other professionals.
• Help produce reports, company brochures, and related marketing materials and literature
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience
• Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
• Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
• Monitor market trends, and analyze consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programs are delivered on time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
