Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing best practices in accounting and finance management. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in advanced Excel and other computer applications, and a positive and professional attitude. This role requires at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, with expertise in Tally and experience in accounts finalization and statutory filing.
Responsibilities
· Perform statutory filing in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
· Manage the annual account finalization process and ensure timely filing.
· Generate monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) reports for management review.
· Prepare comprehensive cash flow reports to monitor and analyze the company's financial liquidity.
· Compile and analyze reports on E-commerce marketplace commissions, logistics costs, assembly costs, and other related expenses.
· Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock and reconcile inventory reports.
· Conduct stock aging analysis and provide detailed reports to assess inventory performance.
· Collaborate with the warehouse and E-commerce teams to generate reports on e-commerce return stock, including stock status, damages, and goods undergoing quality check.
· Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns and stock transfers.
· Negotiate and maintain agreed purchase rates with vendors.
· Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.
· Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the budget plan.
· Implement best practices in accounting and finance management to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
