Experience : 7 months to 1 year
Location : Visakhapatnam/Vijayawada
Notice period : Immediate joiners / 15 Days
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain general ledger accounts by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during financial audits.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and variances.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
• 1 Years of experience as an accounting assistant, junior accountant, or similar role is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Must have hands on experience with Balance Sheets, Income Statements & Cash Flow Statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Integrity and high ethical standards in handling confidential financial information.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
