Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Accounting of Revenues & Expenses, Petty Cash & Bank Documents (Vendor Invoices Booking and Payables Reconciliation /Vendor statement preparation) GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B computation. GSTR 2A recon with GSTR 3B every month TDS Workings Preparation Every Month & 26 as reconciliation with books of accounts. Preparation of Sales Invoices after Coordinating with Commercial Team Support on Statutory / Tax / Transfer Pricing / Internal Audits. Customer receipts accounting and Debtors Reconciliation. Purchase Reconciliation For GSTR-+ Return. Inter Company Reconciliations / Ensuring proper booking of Inter Company Invoices General Ledger Reconciliations Month end closing Proper Filing of the Vouchers / Invoices & Controlling Record Room Co ordinating with Admin Team
