Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:
• Generate accurate invoices for clients based on services rendered.
• Maintain billing records and ensure invoices are sent in a timely manner.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Financial Recordkeeping:
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Record financial transactions in Tally and Excel.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Documentation and Filing:
• Maintain organized and secure financial documents.
• Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
General Accounting Support:
• Collaborate with the finance team on various accounting tasks and projects.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proficiency in working with accounting software, specifically Tally.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance team members.
Team Player:
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to assist in various finance-related tasks.
Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
