About Sanver India Private Limited
We are a IT (Information Technology) company. We focus on digital transformation consulting and work with Salesforce, Google and Microsoft for enterprise clients in India and in the USA. We have few clients in other countries as well.
We believe in creating long term value for our customers and for our employees, our two most important stakeholders. Our office is located in Goregaon East, Mumbai, very close to Goregaon Railway Station and is not far from Metro Stations (Aarey Road and Goregaon East).
Responsibilities
The person should be proficient in the use of Tally for accounting, compliance and reporting. Experience in Zoho Books is desirable but not mandatory.
General Accounting
• Issuing estimates / proforma invoices, purchase orders and invoices
• Issuing credit / debit notes
• Payment / GST reconciliation
• Follow up with clients
Compliance
• Manage GST / TDS / PT / ITR filings
• Manage legal compliance
• Manage relationship with Banks / FIs
• Coordinate with CA & CS
Commercial Operations
• Banking operations, Fund Management, etc.
• Auditing Estimates / Invoices
• Costing / Pricing of products and services
• MIS / Reporting
Qualifications
• B.Com Graduates with minimum 60% marks in all standards (10th, 11th, 12th & Graduation). No Gap year. No AT / KT / Repeat exams.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ of relevant experience of working with a CA / Corporate.
• Should be well versed in working with accounting packages like Tally / Zoho Books / SAP, etc.
• Should have good / excellent English writing & Speaking skills.
• Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Should be capable of executing responsibility as an individual and as a team member.
• People's Person, Team Player, Multi-tasking, Creative in thinking / conceptualizing, Confident and Career Oriented.
• Should take interest in learning new skills
