Academic Qualification:B.com, M.com, BBA
Experience: 0 to 2 years experience in housing society preferred
Freshers - Good Communication & domain knowledge.
Location: Pune (Parvati)
Job Description:
• Candidates should be able to handle end to end accounts of Cooperative housing society & company.
• Able to visit client on-premises for accounting.
• Able to Coordinate & meet client periodical basis to resolve their concern
• Finalisation of Cooperative housing society & company accounts on periodically basis
• Taxation Compliance of Cooperative housing society & company accounts. Should have GST , Income tax and TDS knowledge.
• Liaison & coordination with Statutory auditor for ensuring resolution of their concern
• Able to handle Statutory compliance of Cooperative housing society & company account
• Able to lead team of junior accountant
• Should have good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
