Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Rancho Labs, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial health and drive sustainable growth.
Qualification:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● Proven work experience as an Accountant, with 2 to 5 years of experience.
● Proficient in GST return filing and TDS compliance.
● Experience in maintaining Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.
● Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
● Strong understanding of Pvt Ltd financial filing requirements.
● Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
● Sound knowledge of payroll processing and deductions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Prepare and file financial statements and reports for private limited company (Pvt
Ltd) as per regulatory requirements.
● Handle GST return filing, ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations.
● Manage TDS filings accurately and on time.
● Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit &L Loss
statements and balance sheets.
● Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
● Manage payroll deductions and ensure accurate payroll processing.
● Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
● Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits
