Essential Responsibilities/Duties
• Creating and Maintaining Budget reports.
• Recording Project-wise Income and Expense in QuickBooks.
• Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
• All such accounting works that come under this field.
• Providing Financial Reports (P&L A/C, Balance Sheet & Cash Forecast sheet, etc.) to higher management whenever required.
• Recording Project-wise Income and Expense in QuickBooks.
• Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
• Running Payroll for Employees
• Time Sheets maintenance in QuickBooks
• Maintaining Project Costing sheets in Excel.
Requirements:
• B.Com M.Com/MBA.
• At least 5 years of experience in QuickBooks accounting Software US accounting & Project Cost Accounting in QuickBooks.
