Job Description
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Co-ordinate to ensure samples are ready for despatch/courier as per schedule.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.
Implement and manage an efficient order fulfilment and shipping process.
Monitor and manage product inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
