Title : Accountant Location : Bengaluru (Onsite work from Office Role) Shift: US/Night/Rotational We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and possess a strong proficiency in Zoho Books or Quick Books. The candidate should be prepared to work onsite and be available for US shifts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Zoho or QuickBooks Proficiency: - Demonstrate proficiency in Zoho Books or Quick Books, or any other Cloud Computing tool, for effective financial management. 2. Bank Reconciliation Process (BRS): - Conduct thorough Bank Reconciliation Processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. 3. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: - Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions efficiently. 4. Payroll Processing: - Demonstrate expertise in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. 5. Financial Record Maintenance: - Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records using Zoho Books. 6. Monthly Reconciliation: - Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis to identify and rectify any discrepancies. 7. Transaction Recording: - Record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Financial Audits: - Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. +. Communication and Issue Resolution: - Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles. - Strong proficiency in Zoho Books or QuickBooks. - Knowledge of payroll processing and familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. - Ability to work in US shifts and onsite as required. - Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
