Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive
• Department: Accounts and Finance
• Location: Kolkata (Onsite)
Job Overview:
As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting & financial transactions of the company as per regulatory guidelines. Your knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a passion for handling accounting tasks, such as invoicing, bank reconciliations, payments, and receivables. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities
• Timely invoicing of customers. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.
• Regular payment follow-ups for due invoices and coordinate with the sales team as required.
• Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.
• Responsible for the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements and Cash Flow Statements.
• Assisting preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required.
• Compute & Monitor the expenses of the organisation and identify the gaps.
• Assist the team in creating robust product, process and client level costing.
• Asset/Liability monitoring.
Requirements
• Qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.))
• Good in maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Should possess excellent time management and written communication skills.
• Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Past experience as executive accounts and financial software would be helpful.

• Qualification: Qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.)) and not pursuing CA/CMA
