The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.Responsibilities:• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.• Maintaining and updating customer credit records regularly.• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action where required.• Performing account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.• Processing and entering accounts payable in a timely manner.• Collaborating with the Finance Manager to complete various tasks as needed.• Utilizing NetSuite for various accounting functions.• Applying accounting skills and knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.• Ensuring all financial data is compliant with relevant industry regulations.
