Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: Florence, SC 2+501/ HYBRID
Duration: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Job Summary:
Must Haves:
3+ years AP experience
Excel Basics – filtering, age reports, pivot tables
Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to Haves:
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Interview Process
2 rounds - phone screening, then an on-site final
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for accounts payable processing and support, including:
Keying invoices into JDE
Reconciling monthly vendor statements.
Assist with error resolution for invoices on hold due to pricing or receiving issues
Manage Florence AP email box, printing out invoices or routing invoices to correct person.
Keying wire invoices in the wire tool for foreign suppliers
Processing intercompany invoices
