Role Overview:
At WiseTech Global, our people and teams are aligned in our vision to be the operating system for global logistics. Our customers use our software to run their logistics businesses, and among our most vital offerings is our accounting product. With more than 180 countries licensed to use our CargoWise software, our accounting product is systematically developed with flexibility and functionality in order to meet the complex day to day local compliance needs of countries across the globe.
The problems we solve are challenging and the solutions we provide are sophisticated. The solutions and features we develop are used, to some degree, by all of our customers which means they must be highly scalable, and solve deep and varied needs. That’s where you come in.
As a Product Specialist, you see our customers' challenges as opportunities. You turn our customers' pain points into articulate requirements, and you work with your team to solve problems our customers didn’t even know they had.
The depth and breadth of accounting features is constantly being expanded to meet the accounting needs of multinational businesses operating in a global context. Accounting Product team members draw on their domain knowledge and industry expertise to define and implement features to meet all aspects of accounting.
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting preferred
Domain experience in accounting, payments, or financial software
Experience in a product role, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross functional teams to successfully build B2B SaaS products.
Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
