Job Description
An ideal candidate is one who will keep reports of the costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures of a mid-sized organization. Apart from the regular financial reporting, the accountant is liable to handle most of the company’s financial responsibilities. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Job Responsibilities
Preparation of accounting journals and evaluating reports to always ensure the integrity of the company's financial health.
Assisting in auditing and taxation processes of the company.
To make financial suggestions based on report analysis regarding expenditures, savings, cost-cutting, reserves, etc.
To review and rectify the entries done by the junior staff.
Help the company liaise with other companies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
Ensure payments are uploaded and processed.
Preparation of Tax returns and then remitting and filing after approval
Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
Maintain updated records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Experience and Qualification
Bachelors / master’s degree in accounting preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant

Strong interpersonal skills
Proven problem solver, results-focused, self-motivated, and a proactive individual
MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) proficiency required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
