Job Description
Accountant (full time)
We require an accountant with
minimum 2-3 years of experience .
Job Roles:
• Sales and Purchase Entries & Invoices
• Vendor management & coordination through phone and email
• TDS calculation & payments
• GST tracking, calculation & finalization
• Maintaining all business verticals in Tally along with detailed bookkeeping
• All banking matters including cash deposit, and coordinating with banks for all transactional matters
• Maintaining records & ensuring timely payments for compliances like AMC payments, PEC, PRC, Property tax, etc
• Ensuring all recurring vendor payments as per payment terms
• To keep all records and files in proper order
• Eway bills creation & execution
• Petty cash & income tallying
• Correlating all payments from various payment gateways and ecommerce portals like Instamojo, CC avenue, Amazon, Woocommerce, Envia and other portals where we receive payments and tallying the same with payments received in bank account
• Internal bank transfers between accounts for optimal utilization of funds
• Coordinating with the senior accountant for all matters.
• Payroll of employees and compliance for the same
• Maintaining all paperwork and filing papers with efficiency.
Skills required:
• Good knowledge of internet & computer
• Attention to details
• Excellent time management
• Written communication in English for email communication
Timing: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday
Location: Mondeal heights, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad
Salary 15,000- 16,000
