Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Krunal Software located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the management of financial activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. In addition, the Accountant will prepare and submit financial statements to management and regulatory agencies, as well as monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and reconcile financial records using SAP Business One software.
• Oversee the entire accounting process, from data entry to financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist with the annual audit and tax reporting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Stay current with SAP Business One updates and make recommendations for system enhancements.
• Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant, with significant experience using SAP Business One.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
