Full Job Description:
As a Accountant Executive at Vatsal Exports LLP, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our export business. The ideal candidate should possess strong taxation knowledge, experience in export-import procedures, and proficiency in financial management software such as Tally. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately book all purchase and direct finance invoices into the system.
2. Demonstrate essential knowledge of export and import procedures. Handle documentation including FIRC, EBRC, etc.
3. Perform monthly bank reconciliation. Coordinate with banks for various transactions.
4. Record all payment and receipt entries, including cash and bank transactions. Maintain stock statements and circulate them to management.
5. Review closing entries in the system before preparing monthly financial statements. Prepare financial statements and reports as per management requirements.
6. Manage all compliance activities such as GST, TDS, PF, and statutory audits. Reconcile vendor and customer balances.
7. Prepare export-related documentation like proforma invoices and invoices. Ensure timely payments for products and maintain accurate records.
8. Initiate online payments for vendors. Maintain documentation related to vendor transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of Tally or similar financial management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
