Function: Finance & Accounts
Experience: Must Have Experience in Accounts, GST, Tally, Bank Reconciliation. Income Tax
Salary: up to 30K Per Month
Education: B.com / M.com
Experience- fresher and experience both can apply
Job Profile: -
o Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
o Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
o Monthly bank reconciliation and general ledger account
o Managing record for annual audit details
o Monthly GST Working.
o Filling e-return (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+, Income Tax Return, TCS, Etc)
o Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
o Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
o Handling petty Cash Records.
o Send Quotation and Purchase Order as per order.
o Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
o Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
o Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work
o Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
o Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker
o Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer
Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
o Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel &Tally Erp.
· Desired candidate profile

• Excellent organizational skills
· Good knowledge of Accounts, GST, Tally, Bank Reconciliation. Income Tax

· Hands-on experience with auditing, journal entry
