2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including journal entries, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct variance analysis and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and improve financial processes
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
