Full job description
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping in Tally ERP
Prepare and manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices in Tally
Perform GST accounting, monthly returns, and reconciliation
Manage Tax Compliance including TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements
Maintain Cash Flow Projections and handle daily cash and bank transactions
Perform Bank Reconciliation and monitor fund movements
Assist in finalization of accounts and internal audit preparations
Maintain and update Client and Vendor Master Data
Conduct Ledger Scrutiny and Account Reconciliations
Generate financial reports and MIS for management review
Support in general office accounting tasks and documentation compliance
Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standard
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company (experience in the printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage)
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
Expertise in Tally ERP and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Sound knowledge of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Strong skills in cash flow management and cost controls
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
