About the role:
As a confident and results-oriented individual you will manage and enhance our company's financial performance and oversee our accounting processes. You will streamline our accounting details and procedures, offer financial analysis and reporting, educate workers about finance challenges, encourage regulatory compliance and boost revenue. Maintaining accounting records, being accountable to various financial transactions, coordinating with our team in achieving deadlines and increasing overall performance.
Responsibilities:
• Analyses general ledger accounts to identify and upload monthly accrual journals.
• Prepare Balance sheet after month-end closing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Compile and post corrections or reclassifications that are found during balance sheet reconciliation procedures.
• Verify payments and outstanding payments against the vendor statement by referring to different reports.
• Meeting monthly deadlines and targets.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Managing and keeping a track on approval of payments made.
• Preparation of invoices.
• Data Entry, Invoices (Utilities, Mortgage, Insurances), General Ledger Coding, Indexing, Daily Cash Reconciliation, Collection, Cash flow, Lighter portion of the role is dedicated to Accounts Receivable.
Position requirements:
• Experience dealing with Accounts Payable.
• Have experience in Front-end Coding and Daily Cash Reconciliation.
• Knowledge on Accounting System used such as Yardi, Avidxchange.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in the field of Accounting.
• Bachelor of Science in Finance/Accountancy or Bachelor in Commerce.
