Position : Financial Accountant

You are suitable if :
You are able to handle the day-to-day financial records and financial tasks, in a SAAS based company.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in preparation of financial reports for the company – BS, PL and Cash flow
• Accurately record & maintain day-to-day business transactions such as sales, purchases, payment, receipts, purchase orders etc on Tally.
• Maintaining database & preparing monthly calculation sheet & invoices for market-place vendors
• Keep bank accounts up-to date by posting day-to-day transactions
• Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST Returns
• Preparation Of TDS and TCS data report on monthly basis.
• Reconciliation of GSTR3B data.
• Maintaining other internal reports such as HSN, product taxation, monthly cost headers, vendor information, agreements, petty cash, PF calculations etc, directors reports etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in accounting software Tally - MANDATORY
• Advance Excel Skills - MANDATORY
• Should have knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation laws
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
• Demonstrate advance Excel skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Day to Day Responsibilities
• Conduct audits of invoices and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Update daily cash flows and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
• Responsible for appropriate Income Tax and GST compliances.
• Responsible for maintaining an effective petty cash management system.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Prior experience in SaaS is required.
