Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Bengaluru. The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing finance operations, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), and financial reporting. Other responsibilities include
– Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation
– Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
– Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation
– Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
– Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
– Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
– Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
– Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
– Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
– Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes,
– Supervising a team of interns
– Monitor the economic and financial changes
– Assist in financial audits
– Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Experience in Tally is Mandatory.
• Strong in Accounts and hands on with Tally tool.
• Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
• Experience in finance operations and management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
