Position: Accountant – 01 ,
Salary : 25000 INR per month
Location: Jashipur, Mayurbhanj, Odisha
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills and Competencies required:
Basic Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce
5+ years’ experience in Accounts and Finance
Competency in software applications including Tally ERP Prime , Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication skills, being co-operative, being able to work
Job Description:
Maintain tally accounts of organization with 100% principal accuracy
Proficiency in budgets preparation , optimization, fund flows and utilisation from the framework of the NGO.
Knowledge of cost center/cost category in tally software suitable for funding agency requirements
Maintaining bank and cash balances , daily and monthly reconciliations
Maintaining accounts system, day to day accounting, documentation of cash, assets and stocks;
Assist with regular periodic tax returns, insurances, EPF, other tax and staff welfare compliances, applicability of TDs under various sections
Presenting excellent financial data reports on monthly basis, with studious approach on between projects fund flow trends, summary sheets of financial status and projections for the year, study of optimization of finance
Preparing excellent utilizations and projection reports for financial partners;
Support for quarterly, yearly audits, external and internal audits;
Monthly Salary calculations, exemptions, deductions, etc.
Liaison with donors, bankers, financial institutions, tax authorities, auditors, board members, charitable commissioners’ office, FCRA department and others as needed, to ensure compliances of different kinds.
