Job Description
Position: Accountant
Preferred: FEMALE
Designation: Accountant / Accounts Executive
Age: 20 – 35
Location: Chrompet
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Certification in Tally/Accounting Software preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Prepare and manage books of accounts using Tally or relevant software.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Generate GST invoices and handle GST filing and returns.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
Manage petty cash and maintain vouchers with supporting documents.
Handle TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare documents for audit.
Support payroll processing and salary-related calculations.
Maintain and organize financial documents for record-keeping and reporting.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Certification in Tally/Accounting Software preferred.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
