Job Description
Ø Preparation of Daily Cash flow statement and review the same with CEO/MD on daily basis.
Ø Preparation of 3 months Cash Flow for management to analyse for further months.
Ø Plant Co-ordination for data requirement like Dispatch Plan, Production Plan, Expenses and Salary Statement.
Ø Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances
Ø Collection of data from Marketing, Payables division for collection and payment projection.
Ø Banking Follow-up for day to day operations and co-ordination for Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit and Applying BRC’s and EFIRC.
Ø Preparation of Bank Limit utilization report for top management decision making purpose.
Ø Preparation of documents for processing payments through Term Loan disbursement.
Ø Generation of funds through Bill Discounting facility and submission of documents to bank on timely basis.
Ø Making the Statutory payments on time through Online banking system.
Ø Co-ordination with Exim department for submission of Bill of Entry with necessary documents.
Ø Review with marketing team for collection updates and further dispatch instructions.
Ø Processing Demand Loan and Foreign Currency Term Loan (FCTL) for USD capex machinery payments.
Ø Preparation of Term Loan Utilization report division wise for assessing further limit.
Ø Submission of documents to bank for LC discounting facility.
Ø Tracking dispatch report and co-ordination with plant for further dispatches.
Coordinating with Bank Auditors for Limit Set up.
