Maintain project wise payment tracker
Taking care of bills and purchase orders
Manage and prepare cash flow reports.Prepare and do the necessary filing of all Statutory taxes e.g., GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, PF and TDS.
Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in the process.
Preparation of project proposals
Prepare quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
To do all the general accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at financial year-end
Prepare and disperse Client invoices and document it in the system.
Follow up on accounts receivables and update records as required.
Manage payrolls and prepare reports of payrolls on a monthly basis.
