Full Job Description
Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
Filing GST for required clients and rendering the right personified invoice
Manage and maintain the company’s tax database. Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.
Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
Maintain accounts in Tally accounting software.
Interact on a regular basis with operation to ensure smooth functioning of the Organization.
Verifying each project payments against Project Budget and Analysis of project budget with detailed breakup of expenses.
Reviewing and monitoring the project budgets for any unplanned expenses and reporting the variances accurately and well in advance.
Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statement such as Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
Protecting the accounting data by taking regular backups.
Suggest cost cutting measures to the top management.
