Walk-In-Interview Sr.Accounts Executive
New Power Circuits, a 22-year-old well-established electrical&MEP project company is looking for Sr. Accounts & Admin Executive.
Experience: Min 3 Years of experience in Accounting with Tally Knowledge
Job Profile:-
o Handling Day-to-Day Accounting
• Monthly GST filing, eInvoicing,eWay bill generation
Maintaining all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
o Updating daily sales, purchase entry in Excel MIS and Tally
o Bank Reconciliation
o Summarizing and submitting daily MIS reports to the management, on Cash flow status and other reports.
o Payment Collection: Sending reminder emails, Phone calls to customers, if needed direct meetings with important customers for payment reconciliation
o Handling petty Cash records.
o Handling all GST, TDS, Income Tax work
o Prepare Salary Statement, ESI, PF Account, Worker Salary, Payments for contractors
Walk-in-venue: M/s Newpower circuits, 2+ 1st cross street Raghava Reddy colony, Ashok Nagar, Chennai -600 083. near Ashok Nagar R6 Kumaran Nagar police station and opp to Jafferkhanpet health center
