Role and responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance
• Compliance responsibilities of the entity (GST, TDS, PF ESI)
• Managing daily expenses and petty cash
• Passing of entries in the Tally
• Preparation of accounting reports
• Verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of the accounts payable and receivables.
• Maintenance of the proper books of accounts and the companys records
• Preparation of general ledger, and other reports to the management
• Managing clients, follow-ups and co-ordination with different departments
• Build strong relationship with clients and team
Candidate requirement:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
• 1-3 years experience in general or tax accounting
• Practical understanding of accounting and finance functions
• Basic understanding of GST / TDS / Income, Banking
• Strong in Accounts Payable process
• Experience with computerized ledger systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tally
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and Email skills
Interview process:
• 1st level Face to face - preliminary call with HR
• 2nd level Practical assessment & interview with Hiring Manager
• 3rd level Interview with the Management
