PraDe Jewels and Drapes Private Limited is a leading company in the jewelry industry, based in Chennai. We are looking for an experienced and qualified accountant to join our team and manage our clients and accounts.
Job Location
Chennai (T-Nagar)
Salary
20-25 K / Month
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field with 2-5 years of work experience is required
Job Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and accounts effectively
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on time
- Perform month-end closing tasks and ensure accuracy
- Generate and monitor tax invoices/Credit note/Delivery Invoices, E-invoice and E-way bill from system
- Reconcile sales/Rejection/E-invoice and E–way bill data and resolve discrepancies
- Create manual E-invoice and E-way bill as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation for all accounts assigned
- Communicate with clients and provide quotations and confirmations
Functional Competencies
- Complete Data Entry Knowledge in Tally ERP
- Advance Knowledge of Microsoft excel and Microsoft office tools are required
